Unfortunately, in today’s increasingly violent society, doctors, nurses, teachers, civil servants, council employees, retail shop assistants, cashiers and night porters are becoming just as vulnerable.

These range from fixed systems, radio based solutions, radio and infra red locatable devices and GPRS mobile solutions for lone workers which provide a location of staff. We are able to provide a two level system where assistance can be summoned at a lower level of threat and an urgent assistance when the threat is greater or actual violence is about to take place. These can be used to assist in the rapid deployment of suitable security staff to manage and resolve the situation before serious injury is sustained and also provide staff with peace of mind whilst performing their normal duties.
With many years of experience working closely with the NHS we have developed and installed several systems that provide the necessary level of features. Some are simple standalone systems which report to a single indicator panel and others are fully computerised and report staff details, room location and levels of urgency. For lone workers, making home visits can be particularly difficult to provide some level of protection towards, however, with the development of mobile phone communications such systems are now available which incorporate GPS location technologies into small portable units which can be triggered to summon assistance if required. This ensures that the employer has met their duty of care for the staff and the staff, are suitably protected so that they can continue with their normal duties.
